No Returns on Opened or Used Products
For health, safety, and authenticity purposes, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
Once the seal has been broken or the packaging opened, exchanges and refunds will not be applicable.
Acceptable Returns (Unopened Products Only)
A return will only be considered valid if:
The product is completely sealed in its original packaging.
A return request is raised within 1 day / 24 hours of receiving the order.
The invoice, original packaging, and purchase proof are submitted along with the request.
Note: Approval of the return is subject to detailed inspection by our returns team.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Delivered
In the case that you receive:
A product with damaged packaging
An incorrect item
An incomplete delivery
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@muscleup.pk by providing:
Your Order ID
Clear unboxing pictures/videos highlighting the problem
After verification, we will either:
Send a replacement (if available), OR
Process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Important: Without proper unboxing evidence, replacement or refund cannot be processed.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Items bought under Sales, Offers, or Promotional Bundles
Opened or partially used products
Fat burners, Pre-workouts or Stimulant-based supplements
Gift vouchers, discount codes, or store credits
Refund Procedure
Once your return is accepted, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used during the transaction.
Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days
Shipping, cash-on-delivery, and service charges are non-refundable.
Health & Safety Notice
Some supplements may not carry FDA approval and are intended solely for personal consumption.
Certain pre-workouts and fat burners may include stimulants or restricted substances in specific countries.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they are not yet processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
